All the postal charges that I do include all wrapping and are wrapped very well so there is no damage to said items I send out. Returns: Must be sent back with in seven days with a explanation if why the item is being returned if damaged in transit I will require proof refunds do not include postage costs. However due to Health reason Jewellery and Hair Accessories can not be returned unless damaged when received.
