Digital Downloads Terms & Conditions

1. Okbidnow will make reasonable efforts to keep the Digital Downloads section operational. However, certain technical difficulties, routine site maintenance/upgrades and any other events outside the control of Okbidnow may, from time to time, result in temporary service interruptions. Okbidnow also reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, functions of the Service with or without notice. User agrees that Okbidnow shall not be liable to the User or to any third party for any of the direct or indirect consequences of any modification, suspension, discontinuance of or interruption to the Service.

2. User acknowledges and agrees that he or she has no right to provide any files obtained through the Service to any other party or through any other means. User may only make copies of any file obtained through the Service for own personal use.

3. Because the Service is designed for the Sellers personal use, User is not allowed to use any automated system for the selection or downloading of files. Okbidnow reserve the right to immediately and permanently terminate User's access to the Service if Okbidnow or the Seller believes that User is violating such limitation.

4. Okbidnow provides this service to the Seller for sale only of there own personal music recordings, e books, Videos, images and other related digital software that does not infringe any copyright laws what so ever. If the Seller wishes to sell branded files proof must be provided with an agreement between said parties or license. Okbidnow will not be held responsible for anything being sold illegally. Okbidnow reserve the right to immediately and permanently terminate Sellers access to the Service if Okbidnow believes that Seller is violating such limitation. Okbidnow will pass on details of any illegal intentions while using this service to the appropriate authorities and governing bodies.

5. Okbidnow hold the right to ask for proof of ownership of any said digital material and have the right ban the Seller from using the digital download service provided. As well, Okbidnow is sometimes required to pull certain tracks off the site for legal reasons. Therefore, certain tracks offered or advertised by Okbidnow may not be available when Users try to download, and not all tracks are available in all countries.

6. The age requirement for this service is 18yrs old. Children over the age of 13 yrs old can use the digital download service under strict guidance by there parents only. Children under the age of 13 yrs old can not use the service at any time. Any person found out to be not following the said above rules will be removed from the digital service and if need be
removed from Okbidnow.
