Products Not Allowed:

The following products / items are not allowed on our auction site. All sales are only permitted to the extent permissible by law.

Alcohol and Tobacco:

All consumable alcohol and tobacco products are prohibited. Related products such as beer and wine making kits are allowed.
Sales of other such items are only permitted to the extent permissible by law.

Knives and Swords:
Cane swords, switchblade, angle blade, gravity knives and disguised Knives and other illegal knives and swords. Sales of

other knives, swords, and such items on are only permitted to the extent permissible by law.

Firearms and Fireworks:

Firearms, including antique, collectible, and sport & hunting firearms as well as ammunition. Crossbows bows and arrows. All fireworks.

Hand Weapons:

Nunchaku, brass or other metal knuckles, leaded cane/staff/crutch/stick, zip guns, shurikens, hand grenades or metal replica hand grenades, throwing stars, billy clubs/batons, sand clubs, sand bags, or slingshots.
Tear gas, smoke canisters.
Stun Guns and Pepper Spray sales are not permitted at all on this site.

Other:

Any items harmful, hateful, or pornographic. This items include but is not limited to: Racist Content, Firearms, Sex Toys, and Pornographic Pictures or Publications.
Any products / items that are prohibited by law.

Rights To Suspend or Terminate:

You agree that this web-site, in its own discretion, may terminate any auction or use of the service immediately and without notice if
(a) We believe that you are not abiding by the general rules of this web-site
(b) You have repeatedly broken a certain term
(c) We have a zero tolerance with counterfeit goods.
(d) We believe you to be a non paying bidder.
In most cases when we suspect foul play we will suspend your account/listing whilst we investigate further.
If our investigation is conclusive then your account with us will be terminated
All evidence and information will be passed onto the appropriate authorities with total cooperation.

Your Conduct:

You are solely responsible for the contents of your actions through this web-site.
You must ensure that your participation in the selling or buying of items does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
By this we mean that you must check that you entitled to sell or buy the relevant item and that you are not prohibited from doing so by any law or regulation.

Membership:

We cannot and do not control whether or not sellers will complete the sale of items they offer or buyers will complete the purchases of items they have bid on.
In addition, note that there are risks of dealing with foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretense.
This Web-site shall not be responsible for any items sold by Auction, for any damage to items during transit or during the inspection period, nor for misrepresentations and/or breaches of contract by either buyer and/or seller.
This web-site shall not be responsible for the cost of procurement of substitute goods or any losses resulting form any goods purchased or obtained.
This web-site assumes no liability for the content of the listings.
However if you fall victim of a fraudulent transaction we will assist you as much as we can.

Featured Stores:

All featured stores will be placed on the home page in the banner and featured store section.
Of which rotate in turn after every page refresh.
All stores are linked to the main site S.E.O section in admin as well as their own store meta tags.
Any item being listed on the site will automatically be uploaded to the search engines via a automatic pinger system that we have installed thus enabling the auctions to be picked up quicker in some cases within 2 hours.
Then they will be placed in the Okbidnow links site for free in the featured section.
With the added bonus of free advertising after they have placed a description etc to help us increase the advertising for the site and all members.

Laws:

Sellers are responsible for reviewing the laws in their location and the location of the buyer and
ensuring that sales are legal in both locations before listing and completing such transactions.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the Courts of England and Wales.

If any seller or buyer commits an illegal offence in any country regarding their laws we will pass over any details that is required from us to assist in any inquiries.
Okbidnow will not interfere with any other countries law and will abide by any rules and regulations stated by any said country.
